Hi there.  My name is Liz.  
 I started this blog to reinforce to myself the truths in the scriptures and how they can work effectually in me. . . . .how the word of God can have it's intended effect. . . .to bring good news to my own soul and spirit and the souls and spirits of others.  I recall the words of David in the Psalms . . "Why are you cast down oh my soul, hope in the Lord".  I find that writing things down and talking to myself with scriptual truths has helped me and my hope is that those who visit here will find that they too can learn to have the word of God grow in them and learn practical ways to live it out and how we can overcome ourselves and let the peace of God rule in our hearts . . .you know more of Him and less of us.
